Yoga Classes
The Yoga classes are focussed towards traditional practices involving asana, pranayama and meditation. The aim of the practice is to build consistency and bring changes in your body and mind.

Online Group Classes (September 30th - October 25th, 2024)
These classes are for practitioners who have a little understanding of Yoga practice and are not complete beginners. The classes happen over zoom and the recording of sessions are provided for the whole month incase you miss any class. It will happen every Monday - Wednesday - Friday, 6.30-7.30AM & 06-07PM. You can take the monthly package and join any of the morning and evening session as per your comfort. In the month, you get access to 12 classes in total.

Private Online/Offline Classes
Akshit teaches private sessions too depending upon yours and his availability. The classes are focussed on what you are looking from the practice and if you are not sure about that, we are always here to help you. Group Offline Weekend Classes in Qarm Yoga Shala
Yoga practice that is designed for all levels of practitioners. We focus on all kinds of practices including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa & Restorative. The idea is to scale up the practice with regularity.
Join us every Saturday and Sunday from 7.45AM IST to 8.45AM IST.
You can take the monthly package and join any session as per your comfort. In the month, you get access to 8 classes in total.
